Chris & Paige Spence- Pastor
God has instilled in me an all-encompassing desire for ministry. My passion revolves around seeing the lost awakened to Christ and equipping the saints in the local church. Equipping others to do ministry brings me the greatest fulfillment. It would be our pleasure to have you visit our local church and witness what God is doing in our midst.

Gil, Wendy and Bailey Powell- Pastor of Worship & Senior Adults
Gil, Wendy and Bailey Powell have been a part of the FBC Newton family since January 2023. Gil serves as Minister of Music and Senior Adults. His goal is to lead the church to exalt and praise God in worship. The Senior Adult ministry is very active with both fellowship and ministry components. We have choirs and musical opportunities for all ages. And many places of ministry! Wendy works in Jackson and Bailey is a graduating senior at Madison Central High School. We celebrate all that God has done and is doing in and through FBC Newton
Brad & Katie Taylor- Associate Pastor of Children & Youth
Brad has served in ministry since 2019. He and Katie are passionate about pouring into children and youth and seeing them fulfill God's call. In 2021, Brad started to serve as a youth pastor in Conehatta, Mississippi. Katie is also very involved in prayer ministry and has opportunities to minister to some of her students at CES. Brad and Katie are so excited to serve families in Newton!
